Your parent's medications arrive in small labelled pouches, sorted by date and time of day. Our PacMed automated packaging system is used to improve accuracy and reduce medication errors, and every package is double checked before it leaves the pharmacy.
Our nurses visit your mom or dad at home, up to twice a day, to hand them their medications and make sure doses are actually taken. Every visit is written down and shared with the pharmacist, the doctor, and you.
Senior medication management is our specialty on the North Shore: medication reviews, coordination with doctors and case managers, delivery to the door, and regular updates for families.

We provide discharge medication support near Lions Gate Hospital, minutes from our Marine Drive location. When a patient heads home with a new medication list, we reconcile the medications, prepare packaging, arrange delivery, and set up nurse visits where needed. Referrals are triaged within one business day, and urgent post-discharge referrals are prioritized for same day or next day pharmacist assessment.

For many years we operated as Miracle Prescriptions Remedy'sRx, and many patients, doctors, and referral partners still know us as Remedy'sRx (sometimes written RemedysRx or RemediesRx), Remedy Pharmacy, or Miracle Pharmacy. Same pharmacy, same staff, same services, same location at 1268 Marine Drive.

Yes. Insulin injection services by our pharmacy nurses are available at home in North Vancouver and West Vancouver, up to twice a day, arranged with the prescriber. Blood sugar and blood pressure checks can happen at the same visit.
